Delivery
How does the delivery work? Can people tell what's inside?+
Every order ships in a plain brown box with no logos. The sender on the label is Paradise Island SLU, with no reference to the contents. The invoice is tucked inside, never on the outside.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders confirmed before 14:00 ship the same day. Mainland Spain in 24–48 h. Balearic and Canary Islands in 3–5 days. We send you a tracking number when the parcel ships.
Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?+
Yes. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs duties or IGIC may apply and are paid by the customer at destination. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Payments and invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payment via PayPal, which also accepts cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) without needing a PayPal account. The whole process is encrypted and we don't store your card details.
Can I get an invoice with my company VAT number?+
Yes. When placing the order tick «I'm a business» and enter your tax details. We email you the invoice after payment.
Does anything identifiable appear on the card statement?+
No. The descriptor on your statement reads PARADISE ISLAND.
Returns and warranty
Can I return a product?+
For hygiene reasons, intimate products can only be returned sealed and unopened. For faulty products we cover the manufacturer's warranty (minimum 2 years on certified brands like LELO or We-Vibe).
How long do refunds take?+
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we refund using the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Physical shop
Where is the shop and what are your opening hours?+
At Carrer d'Aragó, 249, 08007 Barcelona — Eixample neighbourhood. L–S 10:30–21:00 · D 16:00–21:00.
Do I need an appointment?+
No. Just drop in during opening hours.
Privacy
Do you keep my purchase history?+
Only if you create an account. Guest purchases aren't linked to any profile. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Do you share my data with third parties?+
Only with those strictly required to process your order (payment gateway, courier, email platform). Never for third-party marketing.
